BeatLens: Heart Rate & HRV

About
BeatLens turns your iPhone camera into a personal pulse lab. Rest a fingertip over the rear camera and flash, and in about 45 seconds you get your pulse, measured from the tiny colour changes in your skin with every heartbeat. No watch, strap or extra hardware needed. One reading tells you what's happening now. Repeated readings show what's normal for you. BeatLens builds your personal baseline over about a week and then shows how each new reading compares with your own usual range, not everyone's. MEASURE - Pulse (heart rate) from your fingertip with the rear camera and flash - Live signal quality, so you know when a reading is clean - Calm guidance while you measure: it pauses and keeps your progress if the signal fades - Context tags like after waking, after a workout or after coffee, so comparisons are fair LOG YOUR OWN READINGS - Type in values from your own devices: pulse, blood pressure from a cuff, blood oxygen from a fingertip oximeter, temperature and breathing rate - Entered readings are marked with a diamond, kept exactly as you typed them and never mixed into your camera baseline - See them next to your camera readings in History, with your own usual range - Optionally save them to Apple Health UNDERSTAND - Your personal baseline and usual range - History with daily averages you can drag to explore - Insights: weekly changes, your pulse by context and recovery today - Apple Health and Apple Watch context: resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts and more APPLE WATCH - Your latest heart rate against your own morning range, at a glance - Check-Ins on your wrist: a short, still snapshot using Apple Watch heart rate - Quick context tags that sync to your iPhone - Recovery, HRV and 7-day trends, a stand-up test and heart rate recovery after workouts (Pro) - Complications, Smart Stack widgets and Controls BEATLENS PRO - Pulse variability (HRV): RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50 and beat-to-beat intervals - Breathing rate, read from your pulse - Long-term trends across weeks, months and the year - Lifestyle insights and correlations, like sleep and HRV - Recovery Sessions: longer 3-minute readings for steadier variability Pulse measurements, signal quality, recent history, entered readings and your basic pulse baseline are always free. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Camera frames are analyzed on your iPhone and never saved. Your data stays on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud. There's no account and no BeatLens server, and you can export or delete everything anytime. - Finger placement made for your iPhone: BeatLens now shows the camera layout of your exact model and which lens to cover. On Pro models that's the lower-left lens, and on iPhone Air the single lens next to the flash. - Many more context tags: sleep, activity, food and drink, mood, body and health, surroundings and more. - Create your own tags. They appear on both iPhone and Apple Watch and stay in sync. - Your own tags show up in Insights once you've used them on a few readings.
