About
A sleep diary for your phone, built to accompany the book «Desconecta tu mente, reconecta tu sueño» by Luis Eduardo Peña Saavedra. Each morning you answer a few questions about the night before: when you went to bed, how long it took to fall asleep, how many times you woke, when you got up, how your sleep felt, and whether you had caffeine, alcohol or anything to help you sleep. It takes a couple of minutes, and the entry is filed under that night's date. Every question carries the author's explanation, and a guide collects them all. Then you get the summary: time spent in bed, time actually asleep, and the sleep efficiency those two numbers give you, worked out as in the book. The arithmetic a paper diary leaves to you, already done. The summary by period shows the averages for the last week, the last month or the dates you choose, and each of its nights. Any night can be opened to correct or delete it. When your therapist wants to see the record, export the nights you choose to an Excel file and share it from your phone. An optional reminder nudges you each morning, at the time you prefer. • A short set of questions, once a day, with the author's explanation • A summary per night and per period • Excel export of the nights you choose • Optional daily reminder • Built for VoiceOver; large text and high-contrast themes • Spanish and English, light and dark Everything is stored on your phone only. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and the app sends nothing to a server. Uninstall it and your data goes with it. Peña Sleep Diary is for keeping a record of your sleep. It does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for a health professional's assessment.Read more

• Dictating an answer no longer enters the text twice. • You can restore your nights from an Excel file exported from the app, in Settings. Useful if you change phone or reinstall it. • The minute questions step in fives, so the wheel is shorter to travel. • Each night starts from the night before's answers, so you only correct what changed. • The app is called "Diario Peña" on the Home Screen.
