About
Gains in Progress tells you exactly what to lift, and how, for the goal you have today. BUILD A FULL WORKOUT Pick your time (20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes), your training style (Strength, Hypertrophy or Endurance), a body part and your equipment. You get a complete session: warm-up, main lifts and accessories, with sets, reps, rest and an estimated session length. FIND THE RIGHT LIFT Building strength, building muscle, losing fat, improving mobility, training for sport, or just staying healthy? Answer a couple of questions and get the 2-3 lifts that matter most, plus alternates. KNOW HOW TO DO EVERY LIFT Tap any exercise to see how to perform it and which muscles it works. BUILT-IN SAFETY Heavy squats and deadlifts stay at lower reps in every style and progress by adding weight, never by chasing high reps. If your equipment can't fill the time you picked, the app tells you honestly instead of padding the workout. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE No account. No ads. No tracking. Works fully offline. Gains in Progress provides general strength and conditioning guidance, not medical advice. If something hurts beyond normal training fatigue, see a physical therapist or doctor.Read more
