Wristshelf

Listen to your Audiobookshelf library directly on Apple Watch. Wristshelf is a standalone app with no iPhone companion required. YOUR LIBRARY ON YOUR WRIST Sign in to your own Audiobookshelf server on the watch. Switch between permitted libraries, browse audiobooks and podcasts, and find your next listen. Podcast filters help you choose played or unplayed episodes. STREAM OR SAVE Start streaming without waiting for a full download. Save books and episodes for offline listening, track download progress, and pause, resume or delete downloads. Supported connections use system-managed background transfers; watchOS controls their scheduling. Cloudflare-protected connections download while the app is open. CONTROLS FOR LONG-FORM LISTENING Skip backward or forward, choose chapters, set a sleep timer, and adjust playback speed from 0.5× to 3.0× in 0.1× steps. Position seeking lives on a separate screen to reduce accidental jumps. Use the Digital Crown for volume on the player. KEEP YOUR PLACE Listening progress is saved locally and synchronized with your server when connectivity allows. Continue Listening keeps recent books and episodes within reach, including when offline. REQUIREMENTS Apple Watch with watchOS 27 or later and an Audiobookshelf server/account are required. Wristshelf does not provide books, podcasts or a hosted server. Server account permissions control available libraries and downloads. Audiobookshelf 2.36.1 is the compatibility baseline. Ebooks are not supported in this release. Wristshelf is an independent client and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Audiobookshelf. NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT PART Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again. Salvation is God’s gift of grace, received through faith—not something we earn. Through Jesus, we are invited to turn to God, receive forgiveness, and walk in new life.
