About

Can't decide what exercise to do? Ask the ball. MoveBall turns the classic magic 8-ball into a pocket movement coach. Shake your phone, watch the answer float up through the liquid, and do what it says: 15 sumo squats, a 30-second plank, 20 jumping jacks. Quick, a bit silly, and it actually gets you moving. SHAKE FOR A MOVE • 20 bodyweight moves, from calf raises to burpees. No equipment, no gym. • Moves get harder as the day goes on: Level 1 in the morning, Level 3 by the evening. • A built-in timer for holds such as planks and wall sits, and it tells you when to switch sides. YOUR MORNING TRIO • Every morning the ball picks three moves. Do each one three times for a proper start to the day. • The trio builds from Monday to Friday, with a lighter recovery set at the weekend. • Your trio's moves are kept out of the ball for the rest of the day, so you get variety. NUDGES THAT HELP • Three friendly "Shake the app!" reminders a day, at times you choose. • Streaks, points and badges to keep you coming back. FILM IT, DARE IT, SHARE IT • Record yourself doing the move with the challenge sticker added to the video. • Save it or share it anywhere, or post it to your MoveBall crew. • Dare a friend with a link. They open it and the same challenge is waiting. • Add friends with a code, high-five their clips and climb the weekly leaderboard. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account needed to start. Sign in with Apple when you want to join the crew, with no passwords to remember. • Your workout history stays on your phone. Your crew sees your name, avatar, points and streak, plus anything you choose to post. MoveBall suggests light bodyweight exercise. Listen to your body, skip anything that hurts, and check with a doctor if you have any health concerns.Read more
