About

NYMRA is a private cycle journal for people age 13 or older. Track periods, flow, spotting, symptoms, and notes. If you are trying to conceive, you can also record basal body temperature, LH test results, and cervical mucus observations. Bring your history by entering past periods, importing a documented CSV file, or choosing to import menstrual-flow records from Apple Health. Review cycle trends, an estimated next-period range, and an estimated ovulation window when there is enough history. NYMRA shows why an estimate is available or withheld and distinguishes what you logged from what it estimated. Your journal works offline without an account. It is encrypted on your device. Optional local reminders can use neutral lock-screen wording. Export your own JSON or CSV copy, edit entries, or delete all local NYMRA data from the device. Core logging, forecasts, privacy controls, export, and deletion are free. Cycle and ovulation dates are estimates based on past entries. They do not confirm ovulation, measure hormones, or predict an individual chance of pregnancy. NYMRA is not for contraception, diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions.Read more
