About
You cannot take control of a life you are only guessing at. DuskBook is the place you run yours from. Not a to-do list that forgets you by Thursday — a record precise enough to argue with, and honest enough to be worth arguing with. ONE PLACE, NOT SEVEN APPS Tasks, hours, habits, a diary and your own numbers, in one app that holds the whole picture. Plan the year, the month, the week and the day, each one nested inside the last, so a decision made in January is still visible on a Tuesday in June. PLAN IN HOURS, NOT INTENTIONS Put real hours against what matters, sorted into the categories your life actually has — not someone else's template. Every task carries a priority and a leverage, so the app can tell you what is worth your Tuesday and what is only loud. Then it shows you what you finished against what you meant to, without flinching. HABITS THAT TICK THEMSELVES The small daily things, in one tap. Link one to your sleep, your steps, a workout or a meditation and it marks itself off when you have actually done it — no self-reporting, no arguing with yourself at midnight. Measured on a moving thirty-day window, not a calendar month that resets and pretends the last three weeks did not happen. CLOSE THE DAY Your own questions, answered in your own words, night after night. Finish a day and it is closed for good, and the streak that builds from it is the only number here you cannot fake. YOUR NUMBERS, WHERE THEY MEAN SOMETHING Steps counted by your iPhone sit at the top of the day beside what you planned. Connect a WHOOP account and your recovery, sleep and strain appear there too — so a day you underperformed against a night you slept badly stops being a mystery. A FOCUS TIMER THAT COUNTS Thirty-minute blocks that log themselves against the task you were working on. The hours in your record are hours you actually sat down for. IT READS YOUR RECORD BACK TO YOU Turn it on, and DuskBook writes you a chapter each week and each month, surfaces what you were writing about a year ago, tells you when a plan is heavier than any week you have ever actually completed, and answers questions about your own history. It is off until you switch it on, and nothing you have written leaves your device before you do. ON YOUR TERMS No ads. No tracking. Nothing sold to anyone, ever. Every AI feature is opt-in and says exactly what it sends. Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, in two taps, and it is gone. Works on iPhone and iPad, and in any browser at duskbook.app — the same account, the same day, wherever you open it.Read more
You cannot take control of a life you are only guessing at.
DuskBook is the place you run yours from. Not a to-do list that
forgets you by Thursday — a record precise enough to argue with,
and honest enough to be worth arguing with.
ONE PLACE, NOT SEVEN APPS
Tasks, hours, habits, a diary and your own numbers, in one app
that holds the whole picture. Plan the year, the month, the week
and the day, each one nested inside the last, so a decision made
in January is still visible on a Tuesday in June.
PLAN IN HOURS, NOT INTENTIONS
Put real hours against what matters, sorted into the categories
your life actually has — not someone else's template. Every task
carries a priority and a leverage, so the app can tell you what
is worth your Tuesday and what is only loud. Then it shows you
what you finished against what you meant to, without flinching.
HABITS THAT TICK THEMSELVES
The small daily things, in one tap. Link one to your sleep, your
steps, a workout or a meditation and it marks itself off when you
have actually done it — no self-reporting, no arguing with
yourself at midnight. Measured on a moving thirty-day window, not
a calendar month that resets and pretends the last three weeks
did not happen.
CLOSE THE DAY
Your own questions, answered in your own words, night after
night. Finish a day and it is closed for good, and the streak
that builds from it is the only number here you cannot fake.
YOUR NUMBERS, WHERE THEY MEAN SOMETHING
Steps counted by your iPhone sit at the top of the day beside
what you planned. Connect a WHOOP account and your recovery,
sleep and strain appear there too — so a day you underperformed
against a night you slept badly stops being a mystery.
A FOCUS TIMER THAT COUNTS
Thirty-minute blocks that log themselves against the task you
were working on. The hours in your record are hours you actually
sat down for.
IT READS YOUR RECORD BACK TO YOU
Turn it on, and DuskBook writes you a chapter each week and each
month, surfaces what you were writing about a year ago, tells you
when a plan is heavier than any week you have ever actually
completed, and answers questions about your own history. It is
off until you switch it on, and nothing you have written leaves
your device before you do.
ON YOUR TERMS
No ads. No tracking. Nothing sold to anyone, ever. Every AI
feature is opt-in and says exactly what it sends. Delete your
account and everything in it from inside the app, in two taps,
and it is gone.
Works on iPhone and iPad, and in any browser at duskbook.app —
the same account, the same day, wherever you open it.
