OfficeUP — Room Booking

OfficeUP is the meeting-room and desk booking app for your organisation's staff. It works with the Office Management System installed on your company's own server. Booking - Pick a room by capacity and amenities (display, video conferencing, whiteboard and more). - See each room's schedule for the day before you choose your slot. - Invite colleagues by name, staff number or email, and add external guests. Invitations and replies - Invitations arrive in the app with a push notification. Reply: Accept, Not sure, Decline. - The organiser sees who accepted, who declined and who has not replied yet. - Any change or cancellation reaches every invitee immediately. Entry pass - Every invitee gets a personal code in the app. Show it to the tablet at the meeting-room door and your attendance is recorded under your name. - Cancelled meetings are clearly stamped, so nobody walks to an empty room. Desks and office days - Book a desk in shared areas and find where colleagues sit on the floor plan. - Declare your days: in the office, remote, or off — and see who is coming on any day. Room display mode - The same app can run on a tablet mounted at a meeting-room door, showing the room's status and schedule, scanning entry codes and allowing on-the-spot booking. Important This app only works with your organisation's Office Management System server and requires an activation code issued by your system administrator. It is not usable on its own.
