About
Notreps helps you decode how gym mirrors affect your mood after each workout. Log a quick thumbs up or down when you leave the floor, then watch patterns emerge across days, hours, and locations. Track which time slots and gyms feel supportive versus draining. After thirty days of checks, rhythm insights highlight windows to avoid and safer alternatives to try. Pin safe slots you trust, compare floors side by side, and unlock weekly mirror recaps plus monthly reports you can share. Built for people who care about how they feel in the reflection, not rep counts. Notreps turns mirror feedback into a personal rhythm map so you can plan workouts around confidence, not surprise bad days.Read more
