About
CMF Audit is the mobile app for ConnectMyFile Audit, a platform organisations use to run inspections, checklists and compliance audits across their sites. The app is for staff of organisations that already have a CMF Audit account. You sign in with the login your administrator gives you. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Fill in scheduled audits: open the audits assigned to you and answer each checklist question, including yes/no, numeric, text, option and table-style answers. • Capture evidence: attach photos from your camera or gallery and add notes to any question. • Sign off: add a digital signature when you complete an audit. • Track findings: issues raised during an audit become findings that you can view, update and follow until they're closed. • Log books: keep daily log book entries for your site and view day sheets. • Reports: view audit and site reports, and see compliance status for your sites. • Notifications: get push notifications when an audit is assigned to you, is due, or needs your attention. WHO IT IS FOR Auditors, site managers, supervisors and quality/compliance teams who need to carry out inspections in the field and keep records in one place, instead of on paper. ACCOUNT REQUIRED CMF Audit is a business tool.
