About
Some weeks leave you flattened and you never find out which part did it. Lintra reads one number from Apple Watch — heart rate variability — and compares every reading against your own trailing 28-day baseline. Not a population average. Yours. When a reading sits well below where you normally are, Lintra marks it as a dip. Then it looks at your calendar and asks a plain question: does this keep happening around the same thing? THE ANSWER IS A SENTENCE, NOT A SCORE "Your HRV dropped after Weekly Planning Sync in 5 of the 6 weeks it happened." That is the whole product. A named, repeating candidate, with the count it rests on — so you can weigh it yourself instead of trusting a number you cannot audit. IT WAITS BEFORE IT SPEAKS Lintra will not guess. Your baseline comes from a rolling 28-day window, and it will not build one until that window holds readings from at least 10 separate days — so a couple of heavy days cannot quietly become your normal. It will not name a cause until it has watched the same pattern repeat across at least 3 weeks. Until then it tells you exactly what it is still short of. CALENDAR IS OPTIONAL Without calendar access, Lintra still shows your dips and your baseline. With it, Lintra can name what they line up with. Event titles never leave your iPhone. SOMEWHERE TO PUT IT DOWN A guided 4-2-6 breathing session with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen, for the minutes right after you read something you did not want to read. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR IPHONE No account. No sign-up. No server. Every reading, every event title, and every sentence Lintra writes stays on device — the writing is done by Apple's on-device model. There is nothing for us to look at, because we never receive it. REQUIREMENTS An Apple Watch recording heart rate variability to the Health app, and an iPhone running iOS 26. Lintra is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. SUBSCRIPTION Lintra Pro unlocks the full app, monthly or annual, after a 7-day free trial (US $5.99 per month or US $34.99 per year; your local price is shown in the app before you buy). Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the free trial ends — or at confirmation of purchase if no trial applies to your account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
