Preset names describe themes for personal reflection, with context and evidence notes available in each practice's details. SEVEN CHAKRAS, ONE SEQUENCE Ascension moves through Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Your chosen total time is shared equally among seven tones, with gentle fades between them. The current chakra, frequency, body map, and optional written hand-position guide follow the session. Choose 5, 10, or 15 minutes, or open More for longer sessions and custom whole-minute durations from 5 to 240 minutes. Chakra locations and frequency assignments are symbolic meditation conventions. MORE WAYS TO EXPLORE Cosmic Om plays a synthesized 136.1 Hz tone inspired by a modern musical convention that translates Earth's orbital period into an audible pitch. It is not a recording of Earth. Heart Resonance pairs a 639 Hz tone with a smooth 7.83 Hz volume rhythm. Its Schumann-inspired rhythm is an artistic sound practice; it does not reproduce Earth's electromagnetic resonance.
