## About Charlie Charlie is designed to be your everyday companion. The app offers practical breathing exercises, grounding and awareness activities, mini-games, a personal diary, and important emergency information. Whether you are at home, on the go, traveling, or taking a short break, Charlie provides useful features for different situations. ## Breathing Exercises Charlie includes ten breathing patterns: Gentle Rhythm, Calm Exhalation, Even Rhythm, Rhythm with a Pause, 4–7–8 Breathing, Extended Exhalation, Triangle Breathing, Box Breathing, Pursed-Lip Breathing, and the Physiological Sigh. An animated breathing guide shows you when to inhale, hold your breath, and exhale. ## Grounding and Awareness Available exercises include the 5–4–3–2–1 method, the 3–3–3 exercise, orienting yourself in the present moment, describing an object, searching for specific colors, noticing points of contact, and counting up and down. You can also create your own questions and exercises. ## Inspirational Message You can create your own inspirational message. It could be a motivating sentence, poem, personal memory, favorite quote, or any message you choose. You can customize the font, style, and appearance. ## Mini-Games Charlie includes four mini-games: remembering and repeating number sequences, Light Grid, Find the Pairs, and Trail. ## Diary The built-in diary lets you record thoughts, feelings, experiences, travel memories, and special moments. Entries can include a title, text, location, date, and up to six images. You can edit and delete entries, organize them into personal books, browse them as a book, and download, save, or share them as a PDF file. ## Sleep Hygiene Charlie includes general information about sleep hygiene and evening routines, including sleep schedules, daylight, movement, relaxation, and creating a comfortable sleep environment. ## Emergency Section Depending on the selected country, the emergency section provides relevant emergency numbers, medical advice lines, crisis resources, poison control centers, and support for children, teenagers, and people affected by violence or abuse. Charlie supports 39 countries: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Uruguay, the United States, and the United Kingdom. ## Languages and Customization Charlie is available in four languages: German, English, French, and Spanish.
