MyBon Relax Zone turns a short pause into a place you can return to. Use Daily Compass to choose how calm and energized you feel. The app responds with a gentle Rest Quest selected by a simple on-device rule. There is no score and no wrong answer. Explore six guided activities for breathing, grounding, eye rest, body release, mindful noticing, and evening wind-down. Each quest takes two to five minutes, works without sound, and can be paused or left whenever you choose. Completing any quest earns Calm Seeds. The first completion of each quest restores its island in your Quiet Archipelago. Visit Sanctuary to see restored and waiting locations, or open Progress Garden to review your recent landings, quiet minutes, rhythm, and achievements. Everything works offline. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, subscriptions, purchases, external services, or sensitive device permissions. Check-ins, favourites, settings, rewards, and history stay in the app on your device. MyBon Relax Zone offers general wellbeing activities.
