Somni Mask: Lucid Dreaming

Somni Mask is the companion app for the Somni Mask Pro lucid-dreaming mask. Connect over Bluetooth to personalize your cues, adjust your mask and explore your night logs. A Somni Mask Pro is required for mask controls and recording. You can explore a clearly labeled example night without connecting a mask. PERSONALIZE YOUR CUES Choose a sound cue or import your own audio. Adjust the mask's cue light color, brightness and flash rate, then apply your settings to the mask. SET UP YOUR NIGHT Adjust the detection delay, eye-movement threshold and pauses after cues or head movement. Settings are stored on the mask and remain there after a restart. EXPLORE YOUR NIGHT LOGS See a timeline of cues, eye activity and head movements. Read saved logs from the mask, keep them on your device and export them when you choose. Add a simple morning note about whether you noticed a cue or a dream. MASK TOOLS View sensor readings, check the device log and install a compatible firmware file that you select. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, advertising or analytics. The app does not upload your mask data, imported sounds, settings or morning feedback to us. Sharing and device backups follow your choices and device settings. USING NIGHT WATCH Keep Bluetooth enabled and your iPhone near the mask. Force-quitting the app stops background restoration. Phone distance, permissions, audio interruptions and iOS scheduling can affect cue delivery. Somni Mask Pro is not a medical device. It does not measure sleep stages or diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Lucid dreaming is not guaranteed. The mask uses flashing light close to closed eyes and has not been tested for photosensitivity. If you have epilepsy, have had a seizure or are sensitive to flashing light, talk to your doctor before using the mask. Light brightness can be set to zero.
