TRUST LIS

TRUST LIS is the partner application of TrustLab Diagnostics. It is a professional tool for our partner collection centres and laboratory doctors. It is not intended for patients or for the general public. Access requires an account issued by TrustLab Diagnostics. The app cannot be used without one. FOR PARTNER CENTRES • Register a patient visit — patient details, referring doctor, and the tests requested, with your own negotiated rates applied automatically. • Look up patients by barcode number, UHID, visit number, mobile or name, and follow each test from collection to sign-off. • Open and save approved laboratory reports as PDF documents. • Review invoices, receipts and a running account ledger by month. • Pay outstanding invoices securely through our payment provider. • Check your price list, request stock replenishment, and reconcile stock supplied against samples processed. • Read circulars from customer care and raise support requests. FOR LABORATORY DOCTORS • Work through the pending list, filtered by status, branch and date. • Enter results, with values outside the reference range marked as you type. • Approve, hold or forward tests, individually or several at once. • Review reports you have already signed off. ABOUT THE INFORMATION IN THIS APP TRUST LIS displays laboratory records belonging to TrustLab Diagnostics and its partner centres. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it gives no medical advice. Laboratory results must be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. Everything you see in the app is limited to the centre or the account you sign in with. All communication with our servers is encrypted.
