Trustian

Trustian is the field app for TrustLab Diagnostics sample-collection staff. It is used by registered Trustians to manage the home visits assigned to them during a shift. You need a Trustian account issued by TrustLab to sign in. The app is not intended for patients booking tests. WHAT YOU CAN DO Your day at a glance See today's scheduled collections, how many you have completed, and the earnings recorded against your visits — all on the home screen when you open the app. Manage assigned jobs Review the visits assigned to you with the patient's name, the requested tests, the appointment slot and the collection address. Accept a job to confirm it, or decline it so the operations team can reassign it without delay. Move a job through its stages Mark yourself on the way, record the sample as collected, and follow the visit through to reporting. Every update is timestamped so the operations team and the patient can see accurate progress. Navigate to the address Open the collection address on a map and set a precise pin when a building is hard to find, so you spend less time searching for the door. Verify before you draw Step through the pre-draw checks on screen to confirm you have the right patient and the right tests before collecting a sample. Reschedule when plans change Propose a new date and slot when a patient is unavailable, instead of cancelling the visit outright. Complete your verification Photograph or upload your identity documents for verification and follow their status — under review, approved, or returned to you with a reason. Earnings and payouts Review the earnings recorded against your completed visits over a chosen period, and keep your payout details up to date. Stay informed Receive an alert the moment a new job is assigned to you, and accept or decline it straight from the notification. Your notification history stays in the app. Help when you need it Reach the support team from inside the app, and read the terms and privacy policy at any time. LOCATION While you are on the way to a confirmed collection, the app shares your location so the operations team and the patient can follow your arrival. Sharing runs only for the duration of an active visit, and you can stop it by ending or completing the job.
