Sip is a simple drink tracker. Log the days you drink and the app does the rest. • Start without an account No email, no password. Open the app, pick a goal, and start logging. • Pick a drink and an amount, done Beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, highballs, hard seltzer, sake, soju and more. Choose a bottle, can or glass, or enter volume and ABV yourself, and Sip works out the pure alcohol. • Three numbers Your alcohol-free streak, this month's drinking days and this month's pure alcohol, right at the top of Home. • Calendar Drinking and alcohol-free days at a glance, month by month. Tap a day to add or edit that day's entry. • Planned drinks Dinner or a night out coming up? Add it ahead of time. On the day, Sip loads the plan so you only adjust it to what you actually had. • Company, mood, notes Who you were with, how you felt, anything you want to remember. These three stay on your device and never reach the server. • One line every morning "Day 5 alcohol-free." "A day to recover." Sip tells you how yesterday went at the time you choose. Turn it off anytime. • With friends Add a friend with a single invite code and see each other's entries and streak. Friends see daily amounts only, never your notes. • Me Index As entries build up, a chart takes shape: green for alcohol-free days, red for drinking days. It looks like a stock chart, but that's just the concept. Zoom from a week to a year and share it as an image. • Your data is yours Entries are stored on your device and our server, and you can delete everything from Profile at any time.
