About

Everything a project collects — the notes, the links, the screenshots, the voice memo you left yourself, the PDF someone sent — dropped into a drawer and filed by itself. MindDrawer is a drawer organizer, not a canvas. Drop something in and it lands in the compartment for its kind: a screenshot goes to Pictures, a voice memo to Recordings, a link that turns out to be a video goes to Video. You never choose a compartment, and there is nothing to arrange or keep tidy afterwards. DRAWERS AND CABINETS A drawer is one topic — a project, a trip, a person. A cabinet is a folder of drawers. That is the whole hierarchy, and it grows at the top rather than the bottom, so filing never turns into a decision about where something belongs. SIX COMPARTMENTS, ALWAYS PRESENT Notes, Links, Pictures, Video, Recordings and Files. Empty ones stay visible with their names on the rail, because an empty slot is what tells you where things go. THREE WAYS TO READ A DRAWER Tray lays every compartment out as cards. List is compact rows, grouped by kind. Bento drops the grouping and shows everything at full size. Same drawer, same contents — whichever suits what you are doing. SEARCH THAT READS INSIDE THINGS The words in a screenshot, the text in a PDF, what was actually said in a recording. All read on your own device, so searching for a phrase you half remember finds the picture it was printed on. LABELS YOU MAKE YOURSELF Name them, color them, add as many as you need. A label goes on a cabinet, a drawer or a single item, and renaming one updates everything wearing it — on every device. A NOTE ON ANYTHING Cabinets, drawers and items each have a note field of their own: why you saved it, what to do with it next. Notes on items are searched along with everything else. THE SAME LIBRARY EVERYWHERE Sync over iCloud, off until you switch it on. A change made on one device arrives on the others by itself. Each drawer syncs as its own record, so two devices editing different drawers merge cleanly instead of one overwriting the other. You choose whether large files travel too. ADD FROM ANYWHERE "Add to MindDrawer" sits in Share menus across the system. Pick a drawer and it is put away. WHAT YOU FILE STAYS YOURS Everything is copied into MindDrawer's own library, so a drawer keeps working after you move or delete the original. Drag anything back out to the Finder, to Mail, to anywhere, and you get the real file under a readable name. No account. No analytics. Nothing about what you file leaves your devices.Read more

Works with VoiceOver and the accessibility settings throughout. • VoiceOver and Voice Control reach everything. Each card reads as one item — what it is, how long it runs, its label, when it arrived — and carries its actions with it: open, play, copy link, delete, and move earlier or later without dragging. • Text follows your Larger Text setting up to the largest accessibility sizes, and cards and rows grow to hold it. • Increase Contrast strengthens the edges of cards and panels, and small grey text is darker throughout. • With Differentiate Without Color on, labels show their names as well…
