Cashnote: Expense Tracker

Cashnote is a simple expense notebook. Expense tracking, sharing and export are free. Cashnote Plus can increase receipt storage for eligible accounts. Most budgeting apps make you spend half an hour setting up accounts, currencies and categories before you can log your first coffee. Cashnote does the opposite: open, log, close. A few seconds, which is exactly as long as this should take. Supported currencies include euro, Czech koruna and US dollar. ACCOUNTS, LOCAL DATA AND LIMITS You can use Cashnote locally without an account. Local profiles have no automatic cloud backup or sync and are not automatically transferred when you sign in later. Export them to JSON and save receipt attachments separately. Removing the app or losing the device may mean losing data you have not backed up. Sign in by email, through Apple or through Google to sync between devices and share a profile. Signing in needs a connection once; you can continue working offline afterward. Every feature is free. Signed-in accounts include 100 MB of receipt storage per owner. Eligible Cashnote Plus accounts have 5 GB of receipt storage. Receipts uploaded by people you share with count towards the owner's limit. You can see your usage in settings. You can request account deletion directly in the app. Content you added to a profile owned by someone else may remain available to its members; see the Privacy Policy for details.
