About
MyCounter Menu turns an iPad into the menu on your table. A guest sits down, picks up the tablet, and sees your menu the way you meant it to look: every dish with its photo, its price, its description, and — where it matters most — what is in it. This app shows the menu. It does not take orders, and it never asks a guest for a name, an email or a payment card. IT DOES NOT NEED THE INTERNET The whole menu is saved on the tablet. If the Wi-Fi drops in the middle of service, nothing on the table changes — the guest keeps reading, and the tablet quietly catches up the next time it can reach you. Prices and photos are not fetched from anywhere while somebody is looking at them. ENGLISH AND ARABIC, BOTH FIRST One tap switches the whole menu, including the layout, which flips to right-to-left the way Arabic is actually read. Dish names, descriptions and categories all carry both languages. ALLERGIES ANSWERED AT THE TABLE A guest who cannot eat gluten taps Gluten free and the menu narrows to what they can order. Vegan, vegetarian, nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy, fish and shellfish are all there. Each dish page states what it contains in its own block — not a small icon, but a line written to be read by somebody who has a reason to read it. SEE THE DISH BEFORE YOU ORDER IT Dishes can carry a photo, a short video, and a 3D model the guest can turn around with a finger. On iPad, a dish with a 3D model can be placed on the table in front of them at its real size. RATED BY PEOPLE WHO ATE THERE Dishes show a score out of 10 from guests who ordered them through the MyCounter app — your own guests, at your own restaurant, not strangers on a review site. YOUR STAFF CAN FIX THE MENU FROM THE FLOOR A member of staff enters their PIN on the tablet and can hide a dish that just ran out, correct a price, or update a description — from the dining room, without walking to an office. Nothing is ever deleted from a tablet. SET UP IN UNDER A MINUTE Open the MyCounter panel, go to Menu, and read the six-digit code. Type it on the tablet once. That is the whole installation.
