About
MyCounter Stock is the app for the person who takes the delivery in. A driver is at the door. Photograph the invoice, photograph what actually arrived, and the delivery is on the system before the truck pulls away — no clipboard, no paper to lose, and no waiting for somebody with a computer. AT THE DOOR • Scan the supplier invoice with the camera; the page is straightened and cleaned up on the phone before it is sent • Photograph the pallet, the label, the damage — a record of what actually arrived • Hand it to the counter in one tap, and get on with the next truck IT DOES NOT NEED A SIGNAL Cold rooms and loading bays rarely have Wi-Fi. A delivery taken in with no connection is held on the phone, photos and all, and sent the moment the signal comes back. Nothing is retyped and nothing is lost. THE COUNTER PRICES IT Whoever works the counter opens the same delivery, enters the prices against the scan, and closes it. The words the invoice used stay beside the line, so the person pricing can read what the paper said without holding the paper. If a scan came out unreadable, the counter sends it back with a written reason, and the receiver is asked — by name — to photograph it again. COUNTING THE SHELVES • Scan the shelf label and count what is on it • Blind count: the system quantity stays hidden until you have entered yours, so the number on the screen cannot become the number you write down • A count that does not match asks for a reason before it can be submitted LABELS Scan a batch label on a box or a pallet to see what is in it, when it was produced, and when it expires. THE PHOTOS STAY Every photograph taken at the door stays with its delivery. When a short or damaged delivery is disputed a week later, the evidence is one tap away — with who took it, and when. ENGLISH AND ARABIC The whole app, in either language, switched from the home screen. Arabic lays out right to left. WHO THIS IS FOR MyCounter Stock is part of the MyCounter restaurant platform. Accounts are issued by the venue to its own staff — this is a tool for people at work, not a consumer sign-up, and the app has no sign-up screen. Any venue can subscribe at mycounter.me/pricing — no invitation and no sales call required. Once it does, its manager creates the accounts for the people who receive deliveries, the same way any workplace tool issues accounts to its team.Read more

IT DOES NOT NEED A SIGNAL
Cold rooms and loading bays rarely have Wi-Fi. A delivery taken in with no connection is held on the phone, photos and all, and sent the moment the signal comes back. Nothing is retyped and nothing is lost.
THE COUNTER PRICES IT
Whoever works the counter opens the same delivery, enters the prices against the scan, and closes it. The words the invoice used stay beside the line, so the person pricing can read what the paper said without holding the paper.

LABELS
Scan a batch label on a box or a pallet to see what is in it, when it was produced, and when it expires.

Every photograph taken at the door stays with its delivery. When a short or damaged delivery is disputed a week later, the evidence is one tap away — with who took it, and when.
