Bring facts to your doctor. Cycle Ally is a log for PCOS and PMOS. You write down what happens; it counts what you wrote and turns it into a few pages you can hand to a clinician at your next appointment. WORKS WITH ANY CYCLE LENGTH A cycle of 24 days and a cycle of 94 days are both just days here. The app shows your own numbers — "Your cycles: 31-52 days" — and nothing is compared with anyone else unless you ask for it. Nothing counts down to a period, and nothing happens when one has not started. A SUMMARY FOR YOUR CLINICIAN Three months on a few pages: your cycle lengths, the symptoms you logged most with the number of days behind each one, your medications with their dose changes, and — first on the page — the questions you wrote down for this visit. MEDICATIONS, AND WHAT CHANGED AROUND THEM Keep what you take with its dose history. The app shows what you logged in the equal windows before and after you started something, each count with its own denominator, and says nothing about whether it worked. LAB RESULTS AS YOUR LABORATORY PRINTED THEM Value, unit and the reference range from your own sheet, kept as printed. The app never calls a result high or low. ONE TAP ON A BUSY DAY Started, spotting, symptoms, mood and sleep, a note — or "nothing today", which is an answer and counts as one. A day you did not fill in is counted as not logged, never as "nothing happened", and every number says how many days it was actually built from. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account and no server: the app has no networking code at all, and no third-party code of any kind. Back it up to an encrypted file only your password opens. Works with Apple Health, if you switch that on. Medical data is deliberately kept out of iCloud. WHAT IT NEVER DOES No verdicts about your cycles. No countdowns, no streaks, no percentage filled in. No diets, no calories, no numbers from a scale. Nothing about conception. No advertising. It adds depth of history — a six- or twelve-month summary, lab results on a chart, a comparison for any medication, the 4, 8 and 12-week check-ins, longer trends, the photo diary, attachments, patterns in your logs, and more accent colours.
