About

Kindlight puts a Bible verse where you will actually see it — your Lock Screen — and gives you one honest minute with it each morning. A VERSE ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Add the Kindlight widget to your Lock Screen, Home Screen, StandBy or Apple Watch and today's verse is there every time you look. It changes at the hour you choose, no app to open. Everyone using Kindlight sees the same verse on the same day. ONE HONEST MINUTE Open the app and the verse is all you see, set in a beautiful serif. Scroll for a two-sentence reflection and a one-line prayer, written plainly and without preaching. Tap Amen. That's the habit. Swipe back through the last seven days if you missed one. SEND IT TO SOMEONE Turn any verse into a clean image card and share it to Messages, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook in two taps. Copy the text if you'd rather. TWENTY TOPICS FOR THE DAYS YOU NEED A SPECIFIC WORD Hope, peace, strength, anxiety, love, gratitude, grief, forgiveness, patience, work, sleep, marriage, children, healing, guidance, courage, praise, temptation, money and new beginnings — 25 verses each. READ THE WHOLE PASSAGE Every verse opens into its chapter, so you can read around it. The Bible text is bundled in the app: World English Bible, King James Version and American Standard Version in English; Reina Valera 1909 in Spanish; Bíblia Livre in Portuguese; Lutherbibel 1912 in German; Louis Segond 1910 in French. MADE TO BE QUIET No account. No ads. No analytics. Nothing leaves your phone. One optional reminder a day, with the verse in it, and nothing else. KINDLIGHT PREMIUM Thirty widget themes plus a custom theme with your own typeface, colours and layout. Pin any verse to your Lock Screen. Reflections and prayers for every topic. The whole year's archive, searchable. Reading plans: 30 days in the Psalms, 21 days of Proverbs, 14 days for an anxious heart, Lent, Advent and the Bible in a year. Several reminders with quiet hours. iCloud sync and alternate app icons. Bible text: World English Bible, KJV, ASV, Reina Valera 1909, Lutherbibel 1912 and Louis Segond 1910 are public domain.
