Know what's packed before you leave. Carrylist keeps a list for each child's bag. School bag, preschool bag, swim kit, whatever goes out of the door with them. You tap an item as it goes in. The bag moves from half packed to ready, and if the other adult is looking at the same list on their phone, it moves for them too. It works on your own, free. No limit on children, bags, items or routines. A Carrylist Household subscription adds a second adult on their own Apple Account, and then you both see the same lists. Today, in departure order The bag that leaves at 7:40 sits above the one that leaves at 8:15. Essential items sort to the top of each list. When everything in a bag is packed, confirm it left, and the other adult sees that too. Tonight is tomorrow Open Tonight and pack the next day's bags at eight in the evening, while the house is quiet and you have the time. What you tap stays packed in the morning. Weekly gear, without thinking about it Swimsuit on Tuesdays. Library book on Fridays. Set a routine once and the item turns up in the right bag on the right days. Two adults, one list Both of you add items and check them off. Claim a bag so the other adult knows you have it. Recent activity shows the last 25 updates with a name against each one, so nobody packs the same lunch box twice. A photo of the school's list Schools send supply lists home on paper. If something is still out of the bag half an hour before it leaves, an optional reminder says so, and once you've marked items essential it asks about those alone. It never names your child or the item unless you ask it to. Offline Tap items off with no signal. Changes go through iCloud when the device reconnects, and the sync status tells you what is still waiting before you rely on the other adult's updates. What it costs Solo use is free and has no time limit. No advertising, no analytics, no behavioral tracking, no Carrylist account to create. Carrylist Household is monthly or yearly with the first week free, and one subscription covers both adults. The person you invite pays nothing. It renews until you cancel it, which you do in Settings on your device. If the subscription ends, sharing stops and every list stays on the owner's device. Settings also has a Delete all Carrylist data control. It removes the lists from the device and, in a shared household, deletes the household's record from iCloud as well.     You can now type the things the suggestions don't cover. The recorder, the permission slip, whatever the school asked for this week. Press return and keep going. Setup takes them one after another with the keyboard up, and so does every bag. A bag with nothing in it opens straight onto what that kind of bag usually holds, already chosen, with a field for the rest. Setup asks about reminders when you pick the time the bag leaves, which is the moment the question makes sense, and the reminder itself now comes 30 minutes before if anything at all is still unpacked.
