Coldbore: Firearm Records

Coldbore keeps a private record of every firearm you own, on your iPhone and iPad. No account, no ads, and no Coldbore server. ONE RECORD PER FIREARM Make, model, caliber and serial. Photos, receipts, permits and manuals. Maintenance history, range sessions and round counts. Everything about each firearm stays together in one dossier, with serial numbers kept behind Face ID. RANGE DAYS AND ROUND COUNTS Log a range session while it is fresh. Rounds are added to each firearm and taken from your ammunition automatically. Track ammunition lots, set your own maintenance intervals, and see this month's range summary at a glance. FREE ICLOUD BACKUP Turn on iCloud Backup and Coldbore keeps an encrypted copy of your records, photos and documents in your own private iCloud. It is encrypted on your device before it leaves, so neither Apple nor Coldbore can read it. Restore on a new iPhone in a few taps. FIND ANYTHING, EVEN OFFLINE Search every firearm, document, maintenance entry and range session. Scan documents and read details from a photo on the device. COLDBORE MEMBERSHIP: READY WHEN IT MATTERS An optional membership keeps your record reviewed, current and ready to hand over: - Collection Check: confirm each firearm and see exactly what its record is still missing. - Collection Pack: one dated PDF for an insurer, a police report or your family, optionally password-protected, with photos and serial numbers if you choose. - Renewals: reminders before permits, licenses, insurance policies and reviews come due, using the dates already in your records. - Costs and history: what each firearm has cost, and your range history across every year. Everything else is free, with or without a membership: unlimited firearms, photos and documents, range sessions, maintenance and the reminders you set, ammunition, iCloud Backup, exports, reports and Face ID lock. Coldbore Membership is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (prices may vary by region). The annual plan starts with a 14-day free trial for new members; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period at the then-current price. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. If a membership ends, nothing is deleted. Coldbore is a record-keeping app. It does not provide legal, compliance or valuation advice, and a Collection Pack is not proof of ownership.
