RatioVelo

RATIO builds a nutrition plan for every ride. From your FTP, weight and sweat rate, plus the route's terrain and the forecast weather, you get concrete per-hour targets: carbohydrate, fluid and sodium. Not a generic table — your numbers. On ride day you know what to carry in real units: how many gels, how many bottles, with what mix. And the pace to take it, summed up in a note you can tape to your top tube. After the ride, RATIO compares what you planned against what your sensors recorded. If you executed differently, you can correct the plan and sharpen the next one. Connect Strava to import your routes and analyse your rides, Intervals.icu for structured workouts, and send the route with its fuelling waypoints straight to your Wahoo — or export it as GPX or FIT for any bike computer. Strava is optional: you can plan manually or from an uploaded GPX file.
