Metrics, visit records and personal details are kept separately for each member — just switch profiles to see the right data. ● Health metrics Log blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, weight and other common metrics, with notes and measurement time. Your history is always a glance away. ● Visit records Record the visit date, hospital, department, chief complaint, diagnosis, test results, prescription and doctor's advice. No more relying on memory at your next appointment. ● On-device OCR — photograph and auto-fill Take a photo of a medical record, lab report or medicine box. Text is recognized entirely on your device, key details and medicine names are extracted into the form, and you can review and edit before saving. Images never leave your phone. ● Merge report photos into one long image Combine multiple report photos, in order, into a single long image — easy to send in one message. ● One-tap prompt generation Built-in visit scenarios (follow-up summary, symptom questions, lab report review, medication consultation) plus your own custom templates.
