Murmur Voice Notes

Murmur turns your voice into clean, organized notes — without sending your words to the cloud. Tap the mic, talk, and Murmur transcribes in real time. When you're done, your murmur is filed automatically into the app you already use: Notion, Obsidian, or Apple Notes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN On-device speech recognition means your audio is transcribed on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose a service that requires it. RECORD FIRST No clutter, no onboarding walls. The mic is the home screen. One tap to start, one tap to stop. YOUR WORDS, EVERYWHERE • Notion — saves straight into a MurmurNotes database • Obsidian — writes dated Markdown files into your vault • Apple Notes — files one note per day via Shortcuts • No service connected? Your notes stay local and you can share them anywhere with the iOS share sheet MADE FOR DAILY USE • Real-time transcript you can edit before saving • Browse and edit your history offline • One-tap recording from a Home Screen widget • English and Simplified Chinese, with more languages available LOCAL-FIRST Every entry is stored on your device first, then synced. Your diary works offline and stays yours. Murmur — talk to your phone, and it becomes a note.
