ACP Teams

ACP Teams brings team finances, schedules and conversations together for adult parents, guardians, managers and organization owners. YOUR AUTHORIZED TEAMS View rosters and athlete details, manage invitations, and switch between the teams and experiences available to your account. Parents and guardians see their linked athletes; managers work within their authorized teams. CLEAR TEAM FINANCES View athlete obligations, payment history and fundraising credits. Authorized staff can prepare charges, review processing-fee estimates, manage expenses and attach supporting receipts. Online payments are available only when the team's payment setup is ready. SCHEDULES AND TEAM CHAT See upcoming and past events, locations and updates. Authorized staff can create, edit and cancel events. Team conversations include sender names, roles, timestamps, reporting and blocking controls. CONTINUE YOUR WORK Resume supported local drafts and review important changes before confirming them. Access requires an invitation or an existing ACP Teams account. Public self-service registration is not currently open. Organization access requires an approved organization entitlement. TEAM SUBSCRIPTIONS Independent team Owners need an active team subscription. Standard Team is $249 per year and automatically renews unless canceled. No free trial. Parents, Guardians and Managers do not purchase individual access. Controlled Founding offer: $99 for your first year, then $249 per year; available to the first 50 eligible independent teams, subject to offer availability and eligibility.
