Greenmove helps medical representatives and participating hospital teams coordinate professional visits across the UAE. FOR REPRESENTATIVES • Create your professional profile and submit verification materials. • Find hospitals and clinics by location. • Request a visit with your purpose, specialty department and preferred time. • Track hospital responses and review your visit history. • Show a QR gate pass for approved same-day visits. • Receive messages from hospital teams and reply in the app. • Keep your vehicle details available for arrival checks. FOR HOSPITAL TEAMS • Review requests in your facility's inbox. • Inspect authorized representative details before responding. • Approve or decline requests and provide a reason. • Message a representative by company, or send one message to every registered company. • Verify approved passes, record arrivals and check visitors out. Greenmove provides in-app notifications. A requested time is not a confirmed booking, and a directory listing does not mean the facility participates in Greenmove. Access to hospital and security workspaces requires an authorized account. Greenmove is an administrative coordination tool. It does not provide medical advice, emergency services or patient care. Do not include patient information in visit notes, messages or uploaded images. Greenmove is free to download, and free for hospital and gate-security teams. Any medical representative can create an account in the app; participating facilities receive hospital and gate-security access from Greenmove. SUBSCRIPTION New representative accounts include a 30-day free trial with no automatic charge. After the trial, Greenmove Annual is required to keep sending visit requests. Greenmove Annual is a one-year auto-renewing subscription; the price for your country is shown in the app before purchase (AED 2,399.99 per year in the UAE). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
