Taup

You decide your goals. Taup decides how you get there. Taup is the app that does the planning for you. Tell it what you want: get fitter, start a business, sleep better, learn a language, earn more. One goal or several. Taup takes it from there. HOW IT WORKS • Tell Taup your goals and answer a few questions about where you are now. Skip any you like. • Taup builds a 90-day plan for each goal, turns it into weekly targets, and gives you a short list for today. • In the evening, tick off what you did. Did half of it? Say so. That counts too. • When life gets in the way, tell Taup about the trip, the injury or the deadline, and the plan changes with it. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT • You set the destination. Taup plans the route, so your time goes into doing the work, not organising it. • It plans all your goals together, so a hard workout doesn't land on the night of your big deadline. • It learns what works for you. If your evening runs happen and your morning ones don't, it notices and moves them. • A missed day isn't a failure. Every week has some slack built in. • Every task tells you why it's there. Taup is a coach, not a doctor. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet plan. SUBSCRIPTION New subscribers get a 7-day free trial on every plan. • Monthly: $14.99 • 6 months: $77.99 • 12 months: $119.99 Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends.
