Merx AI

See what your Merx equipment detects in real time — people, vehicles, animals and checkout events — and tune your on-device AI just by chatting. Description (máx. 4.000) Merx AI is the companion app for your Merx equipment. Your Merx device processes camera video locally, on-site, and turns it into events you can review from anywhere — right on your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See AI events in real time: people, vehicles, animals, forgotten objects and checkout reviews — each with the video or snapshot from your own equipment. • Build your own detections just by chatting. Ask in plain language ("count people at the entrance", "alert me if a vehicle appears") and the assistant checks whether your camera can do it — light, sharpness and processing headroom — before creating it, in observation mode. • Fix things by talking. If an event looks wrong, just tell the assistant. It investigates the detection on your equipment and proposes a precise adjustment for you to confirm. • Keep an eye on your equipment: live status and performance (CPU / NPU / RAM) for every device you own. • Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your Merx equipment does the analysis locally. The app only shows your own events and videos, over secure connections. No advertising, no third-party tracking, and the app never accesses your phone's camera, microphone, photos or location. REQUIRES MERX EQUIPMENT Merx AI is a companion to Merx hardware. To link your equipment, enter the 8-digit code that comes in the box. Don't have equipment yet? Tap "View demo" on the sign-in screen to explore the app with sample data.
