Scannix

Scannix is a survey app for UK heat pump installers. Walk the property, scan each room with your iPhone's LiDAR sensor, and the rooms, walls, windows and doors arrive in your company's Scannix portal ready for the heat loss calculation. START FROM THE ADDRESS Enter the postcode, choose the address from the EPC register, and confirm the property type, built form and walls before you scan. SCAN ROOM BY ROOM Scan each room with the LiDAR sensor. Rooms are grouped by floor, and a room can be discarded and scanned again without losing the rest of the survey. CAPTURE THE EVIDENCE Take photographs stamped with date, time and location. Measure a distance by tapping two points. Speak a note while you scan: it is saved as text against the room, and no audio is kept. WORKS OFFLINE Everything is saved on the phone first. Surveys upload to your company's portal when you are signed in and connected, and the Projects screen shows which surveys have reached the portal. Scannix is free, and everything above works without an account. An account from your company is needed only to send surveys to the Scannix portal. Room scanning needs an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor (iPhone 12 Pro or later).
