About
DeltaFit watches your set through your phone's camera and shows what changed — not how many reps, but how you moved. WHAT YOU GET BACK When the set ends, the best rep of that set and the worst one appear overlaid on each other. The parts that differ are coloured, and each finding carries the angle it was measured from: "at the bottom, trunk lean was 13° further forward (25° → 38°)." A set is reported as named rows rather than one score: depth, trunk angle, knee path, footing, head and neck, symmetry, tempo, and how alike the reps were. Over time the app also counts the rows that have stopped being flagged, alongside the calendar and a streak counted in weeks you hit your target, so a rest day never breaks it. Cues arrive while you are still lifting. You cannot see a screen at the bottom of a squat, so one comes by voice and haptic while a correction is still possible — one per set, not a stream. NO IDEAL FORM IS IMPOSED ON YOU There is no biomechanically ideal form common to everyone: change the ratio between someone's femur and tibia and the forward lean at the same depth changes with it, so comparing you to a demonstration video reads your build as a fault. The centre of DeltaFit is instead the gap between this set and your own best — you against you, from the same place on the same day, so a single camera's depth error cancels out. Your own femur-to-tibia ratio is measured from your squats, so a long femur widens the tolerance by the lean it requires. IT SAYS WHEN IT CANNOT MEASURE SOMETHING Filmed from directly side-on, knees caving inward cannot be seen at all, and calling that "within range" would be false reassurance. DeltaFit works out observability per metric, says "not visible from this angle" with the reason, and the framing guide tells you that before you film. Every exercise also carries a 3D demonstration you turn with a finger: pick a common fault, and from the side nothing moves while from the front it is unmistakable. THE VIDEO STAYS ON YOUR PHONE This app does not use the network. There is no account, no server, and no code in it that talks to one. Video, joint coordinates and history all live on your device, and pose estimation runs entirely on it. No face recognition. You can also use it without the camera at all, as a plain log of weight and reps. EXERCISES Fifteen, across legs, chest, shoulders and back — Bodyweight Squat, Bulgarian Split Squat, Back Squat, Push-Up, Dips, Dumbbell Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Press, Barbell Bench Press, Lateral Raise, Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Half Deadlift, Single-Arm Row, Seated Cable Row, Lat Pulldown and Pull-Up. Each carries four focus points, and the app separates the ones it checks from the video from the ones it only asks you to keep in mind. SUBSCRIPTION Logging, filming and looking back at your recordings are free and unlimited, as are six analyses a month. DeltaFit Pro removes that monthly limit. • DeltaFit Pro — 1 month, USD 3.49. Prices vary by region; the price for yours is shown in the app before you buy. • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. • It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before that. • Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. • Reaching the free limit never stops you filming or logging; only the measuring waits, and those sets can be measured later. WHAT YOU GET BACK
When the set ends, the best rep of that set and the worst one appear overlaid on each other. The parts that differ are coloured, and each finding carries the angle it was measured from: "at the bottom, trunk lean was 13° further forward (25° → 38°)."

Cues arrive while you are still lifting. You cannot see a screen at the bottom of a squat, so one comes by voice and haptic while a correction is still possible — one per set, not a stream.
NO IDEAL FORM IS IMPOSED ON YOU
There is no biomechanically ideal form common to everyone: change the ratio between someone's femur and tibia and the forward lean at the same depth changes with it, so comparing you to a demonstration video reads your build as a fault. The centre of DeltaFit is instead the gap between this set and your own best — you against you, from the same place on the same day, so a single camera's depth error cancels out.
