About

Trackers tell you how you feel. Solastone asks. Turn the stone to where you are -- green, yellow, red, or purple -- and feel it settle into place. That one turn is the whole check-in. No form, no score, no one telling you how you feel. Then say how long you have. One minute, five, fifteen, an hour, or a whole day. Solastone offers one practice that fits: slow breathing, grounding, a walk, cold water, a few words on paper, rest, or reaching out to someone. Not a list to scroll. One thing, sized to the time you actually have. Made for the moment, not the dashboard: - Open to a running breath practice in three taps. One hand, no sound unless you ask for it. - Breathe by feel. The circle turns to lengthen or shorten a breath, and haptics pace you with the phone face-down. - Afterward, two optional questions: did it help, and where are you now? Over time, the app quietly learns what helps you, and shows you in plain sentences. - Every check-in places a pebble. They gather into a cairn, a spiral, a shelter. Nothing is counted; it just grows. - History is dots on a line for the last two weeks. No charts, no trends, no verdicts. - No streaks, no badges, no guilt. Up to two reminders, only if you turn them on, and each one simply asks how you are. - Your toolkit is yours: favorites, a shelf of things you keep close, playlists for each state, a few words to come back to, and any practice of your own. - Private by design. No analytics, no ads, no tracking. Everything stays on your phone unless you choose to sign in and back it up, and thought logs are encrypted on your phone first. On a good day, touch the ring carved into the stone and it fills with gold. Some moments are worth keeping. The check-in, the breathing, and your own toolkit are free, and will stay free. Solastone is a wellness tool. It is not medical care and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.Read more
