About
Most affirmation apps give you something to read. Out Loud makes you say it — to your own face, in the front camera, while the words light up as you speak them. Sixty seconds a day. Three lines. That's the whole practice. HOW IT WORKS Open the app and the front camera becomes a mirror. A line appears. As you say it aloud, each word lights up. Three lines and you're done. WHATEVER THE WEEK IS DOING Anxious, flat, furious, or fine — there's a category for everyone. Or write your own line and hear it back more often than ours. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. Your face, your voice, and your words never leave this phone. CAMERA-SHY? Soft focus, silhouette, or camera off entirely. The practice works either way.
