About
PULSE answers one question every morning: what should I train today, and why? Most fitness apps are a logbook. PULSE is a coach. Tell it what you want — build muscle, get stronger, run a 10K, get ready for a trip — and it builds a weekly plan around your days, your equipment and your experience. Then it trains with you. Terms of Use (EULA): https://pulse-coach.expo.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://pulse-coach.expo.app/privacy YOUR PLAN, BUILT WITH YOU • A full week built from a few taps about your goal, your days and what you train with • Gym, calisthenics and running in one plan • Get Ready blocks: training that builds toward a date — a race, an event, a trip — then hands your usual plan back TRAIN EVERY SESSION • Guided workouts with sets, reps, weights and rest timers • Your rest timer and the next set on the lock screen • Runs with distance, pace and splits — your route stays on your phone • Log a session you already did in seconds A COACH THAT GETS YOU • Talk to your coach any time: change a day, swap an exercise, ask why • A weekly review of your training, with changes you approve or decline • Progression that follows what you actually lift — bigger jumps when you beat the target, a hold when you need it • The coach advises; it never blocks you. You stay in charge of your plan AND THE REST OF THE PICTURE • Nutrition: log food by text, photo or by hand, with calorie and macro targets for your goal • Body Scan and progress photos, private to you • Apple Health: bring in workouts, heart rate and sleep (read only) • Groups and a feed to share your training with friends — with reporting and blocking built in YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL PULSE asks before any of your data goes to its AI providers, and you can turn AI off in Settings at any time. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings.Read more
