About
Nobody wants to be the one who keeps track. Whose turn the bathroom is. Who paid for the last shop. Whether anyone actually agreed to the thing you all definitely agreed to. HabiTea holds it, so none of you have to. Photograph a receipt and it splits itself evenly, or by what each room pays. Flag a room that needs cleaning without naming anybody. Put milk on the list and it becomes somebody's job instead of nobody's. Post on the wall and it clears itself once it stops mattering. House rules everybody actually signed. A rota that comes round on its own. A record of what was spent that nobody can argue with, because it is written down. Somebody new moves in? They join with a code, take a room, and start paying from the day you pick not for the shop you did last week, unless you say so. Somebody moves out? There is a list to work through and an honest number for what they still owe. And the flat keeps its own history. Every receipt, every month that has been settled, every rule ever agreed stays with the place rather than with whoever was living there at the time. Two years and six flatmates later it still knows what happened. No group chat archaeology. No spreadsheet nobody updates. No "get me next time". One person pays for the place. Everybody who lives there gets the app. The first month is free. HabiTea keeps the record. It does not move money settle up between yourselves.Read more
