About
Migraine Journal is a personal wellness journal that stays on your iPhone. Use short check-ins to record how you feel on hard days and good days. Tap “I feel something” to start a check-in: note how long you’ve felt this way, pick a severity from 0–10, and mark symptoms from a simple checklist. The app may add a diary label to the entry (for example “Looks like aura”). That label is for your own notes — it is not a diagnosis. An ongoing episode is a “spell.” Saving a check-in keeps it in your journal without ending the spell. Tap “I feel good” on Home to log a day with no symptoms and end any unfinished spell. If you open another check-in while a spell is still going, the app asks whether these are the same symptoms, then whether today feels new, worse, or improved. History shows a month calendar and a list of your check-ins so you can see patterns at a glance. Saved entries stay read-only until you reopen them. Everything stays on your device. There is no account to create, no iCloud or CloudKit sync, no HealthKit, no ads, and no analytics. App Store privacy: Data Not Collected. Optional Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode lock is available and off by default. Appearance can Match iPhone, or you can choose Light or Dark. When you want a copy, use Share PDF or Share CSV. Export goes through the iOS Share Sheet to a place you choose — Files, Mail, Messages, or another app. The app does not upload your journal. Migraine Journal does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical care.Read more
