Reminds you to take your meds. No account, no subscription, no limits. Your medications stay on your iPhone – the ads know nothing about them. NO ACCOUNT, NO EMAIL Install, add a medication, done. REMINDERS THAT GET THROUGH On iOS 26 and later, a reminder can ring like an alarm clock, full screen with a stop button. For especially important medications there is the emergency sound: it plays even with the silent switch on and in Do Not Disturb if you allow it, at a volume you choose. All reminders are marked as Time Sensitive Notifications and break through Focus modes if you allow it. If you like, the app repeats the reminder until you confirm. Taken, Later or Skip right from the notification, without opening the app. UNLIMITED As many medications and profiles as you need. Family, parents, pets – all on one device. EVERY RHYTHM Daily at several times, specific weekdays, every X days, every X hours within a daytime window, cycles with a break (21/7), as needed, start and end dates for courses, tapering with dose by date. LOG AND REPORT Taken, skipped, missed – with time, editable afterwards. Calendar and adherence per week and month. PDF report with medication list and intake log for your doctor's appointment. CSV export. SUPPLY Stock counts down with every dose, the refill reminder comes in time. BACKUP Full backup as a file – to your own cloud or by message, never to a server of ours. PRIVACY Your medications, schedules and history never leave the device. The app is funded by banner ads that know nothing about your medications (non-personalized ads) and never appear on the Today screen or with reminders. In 45 languages, from English and German to Japanese and Arabic. Dark mode. This app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
