About
Spire turns every set you log into a rank. Pick a benchmark lift for each of the six muscle groups. Log your training. Spire scores each lift against strength standards relative to your bodyweight, then turns those six scores into one overall rank — E through A, across fifteen floors of the tower. There is a sixth letter. You will know it when you reach it. THE TOWER Your rank is a place, not a number. Fifteen floors, six muscle groups, and a clear view of which one is holding you back. THE SPIRE CARD A card carrying your rank, your six-group radar and your streak. Save it or share it. YOUR CIRCLE Spire is invite-only. Your Circle is the person who invited you, the people you invited, and anyone you connect with directly. Nobody else. No feeds, no strangers, no follower counts. See their ranks, compare the lifts behind them, and watch rank-ups as they land. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Every set charted as estimated one-rep max, weight or volume, with the rank thresholds drawn in, so you can see exactly how far the next floor is. A body map shows where you stand, group by group. BUILT FOR THE LONG RUN Benchmarks count for six weeks, so your rank reflects what you can lift now, not what you lifted last spring. Miss a week and the tower dims. Consistency is part of the climb. Log full sessions, save routines, or quick-log a single set. Spire does not read or write Apple Health. Your bodyweight is never shown to other members. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.Read more
