Gleam doesn't. It does not calculate doses, does not convert between medications, has no medication database, and never tells you how much to take — you type in what your prescriber gave you, and Gleam simply keeps the record. Side-effect notes are for your own reference, not a diagnosis. Always follow your prescriber's instructions when starting, stopping or changing any medication.
