OneReg Forms

OneReg Forms brings your organisation’s OneReg forms to iPhone and iPad, so you can capture information wherever work takes you. WORK ONLINE OR OFFLINE Download the forms you need before heading out. Start and save drafts on your device, then queue submissions to send when a connection is available. CAPTURE INFORMATION IN THE FIELD Complete supported form fields, add photos and file attachments, scan barcodes, and record locations or handwritten signatures where your form asks for them. KEEP WORK ORGANISED Search your available forms, pin favourites, resume saved drafts, and check the status of queued and sent submissions. PROTECT YOUR LOCAL WORK Saved answers are encrypted on your device. Sign in with your existing OneReg account to access the forms made available by your organisation. An existing OneReg account and access to a compatible OneReg workspace are required. Available forms and features depend on your organisation’s configuration. Download forms and any required offline maps while connected before working offline.
