About
State Instruments is a collection of small, quiet tools for changing state, attention, and perspective. Choose what you need in the moment, use it briefly, and notice what changed. Version 1.1 includes twelve instruments: Reset, Focus, Calm, Wake Up, Unstick, Quiet, Inspiration, Creativity, Reboot, Perspective, Curiosity, and Imagination. Each instrument uses a simple visual interaction and a short sequence of prompts. Returning sessions draw from a larger instruction bank, so the experience stays familiar without feeling repetitive.
