About
OpenHealth: Actionable Self Improvement Loops Your health, together for free. OpenHealth brings supported Apple Health readings into one private iPhone experience and helps you build a daily loop: observe, act, and check again. OBSERVE Review activity, heart, body measurements, blood pressure, glucose, cardio-fitness context, and sleep records where available. See dates and sources, explore trends, and choose the display units you use. ACT Find a focus and choose one manageable wellness action for movement, sleep, or recovery. Suggestions use your existing readings and local rules. The app remains useful without a language model; eligible devices may use Apple's on-device model to phrase a short summary. CHECK AGAIN Return after your next reading. Review progress, keep what fits, or choose another small action. The loop is wellness education, not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or guarantee of a health outcome. SLEEP FROM APPLE HEALTH Compare total sleep and the Awake, Light / Core, Deep, REM, and unspecified stages supplied by your Apple Health sources. OpenHealth does not record microphone audio, infer missing sleep stages, or create a sleep-quality score. FREE AND PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, subscription, in-app purchase, ads, tracking, or third-party analytics. OpenHealth's analysis stays on your iPhone, with zero third-party/server retention. Apple Health keeps its records under Apple's controls. OpenHealth's local preferences, pending manual entries, selected action, and any records from older builds remain under the local export and deletion controls. CAREFUL MANUAL ENTRY Enter blood pressure or glucose readings from a suitable external device. Review your entry and explicitly authorize a save to Apple Health. An iPhone alone cannot measure blood pressure or blood glucose. Data availability depends on your compatible devices and apps, existing Apple Health records, and the access you allow. OpenHealth supports selected HealthKit categories; it does not promise every possible measurement or replace professional or emergency care. Requires iOS 26 or later.
