About
This is the app Kim Martel's coaching clients use between sessions. It is private: you need an invitation from Kim to sign in. What it does - Answer the short forms Kim assigns, one question per screen, at your own pace. Stop and come back; your answers are saved as you go. - Skip any question. A skipped question is recorded as skipped, never as a low answer. - Read your coaching agreement in plain sections, ask Kim a question, and sign with your typed name. - Keep a copy of everything you have shared, and the next step Kim writes after she reads it. - Download your records at any time. What it does not do - It does not track you, show ads, or sell anything. - It is not medical care, therapy, or addiction treatment. If you drink heavily every day, talk to a doctor before you stop. Kim Martel is a wellness coach in Lancaster, PA and online, for people who are drinking less or alcohol-free.Read more
