About
V Power turns your iPhone into a handlebar dashboard for VORTEC indoor cycling bikes. Connect over Bluetooth to your bike's crank power meter and a heart-rate strap, and read your effort at a glance while you ride. WHAT YOU SEE • Power in watts and cadence in rpm, on two large rings that change colour as you move through the training zones • Rear-axle resistance in N·m, smoothed so it stays readable under load • Elapsed time, energy, average power and heart rate along the bottom • A landscape layout for bikes with a wide handlebar mount BUILT FOR CLASSES • Pair several sensors at once — a power meter and a heart-rate strap • Scan the QR code on the bike to connect and label the station in one step • Send live data to the studio's collector over the local network, so the instructor's screen can show the whole class • Red and blue team scores when the studio runs a group session DESIGNED FOR THE FLOOR • The screen stays awake while you ride • Readings drop to zero when a sensor stops reporting, instead of freezing on the last number • Reconnects by itself if a sensor drops out mid-ride • Preview mode lets you see the dashboard without any hardware Requires a Bluetooth cycling power meter, speed/cadence sensor or heart-rate monitor. Local network access is only used to relay data to a collector on the same network, and is entirely optional.Read more
