About

"Strong training starts with the right numbers. GymMax builds your strength plan from your one-rep maximums: enter a max for each exercise, choose your load zones, and every working weight is calculated for you. HOW IT WORKS Set the maximum for each exercise. Define load zones as a percentage of your max plus a rep count, for example heavy 85% × 4, medium 75% × 8, light 65% × 12. Pick the number of cycles and tap Generate Plan. In one cycle every exercise goes through every zone, so three exercises, three zones, and four cycles give you 36 sets, each with an exact weight and rep count. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Keep a maximum for every exercise and see the working weight for each zone instantly - Create as many load zones as your program needs, with your own percentages and reps - Generate plans of up to 8 cycles with one tap - Round weights to 1.25, 2.5, or 5 kg, or keep the exact value - Tap any weight in the plan to see the exact calculation - Mark sets as done to record the actual weight and date - See at a glance whether you matched, exceeded, or lifted less than the plan: sets are colour-coded - Hide completed sets and follow your progress with a counter - Archive finished plans and review every weight and date later - Update your maximums and generate the next plan while the archive keeps the old values PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your exercises, maximums, plans, and results stay on your device. No account, no tracking, and no internet connection needed for training. FREE AND FULL VERSION The free version includes three exercises and three load zones, and you can edit their names, maximums, percentages, and reps. The full version lets you add and remove exercises and zones without limits. One purchase, no subscription. Enter your max, generate the plan, and start lifting."Read more
