SheetSnap: Receipts to Sheets

Every other receipt scanner decides what a receipt is. Sheetsnap asks you. Define the columns your spreadsheet already has — the ones you named, in the order you put them in. Photograph a receipt. It arrives already shaped for your sheet, ready to export or paste straight in. YOUR COLUMNS ARE THE FIXED POINT Paste the top row of a sheet you already use and Sheetsnap reads your headings verbatim: Date, Vendor, Amount, Category, Paid? — or whatever you actually call them. Add a plain-English hint to any column ("one of: Materials, Fuel, Meals") and it fills that way from then on. Nothing is ever added, renamed or reordered. The export is the promise. ONE SET OF COLUMNS PER CLIENT A schema per client, per property, per business — each with its own columns and its own hints. Switch between them from the top of the list. Editing a schema never reshapes receipts you have already captured, so an old export still looks the way it did. BUILT FOR SPREADSHEETS, NOT FOR OUR DASHBOARD CSV and TSV are written to sum. Bare numbers, ISO dates, no currency symbols and no thousands separators, because a symbol turns a column into text and it will not add up. XLSX carries real dates and real currency formatting. TSV copies to the clipboard for pasting straight into a sheet. A live preview shows the exact columns, in your exact order, before you export anything. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Capture, on-device text recognition, typing values in by hand, the library, the filters and every export format work offline and signed out. A receipt captured with no signal is saved with its photo, gets its columns immediately so you can type into it, and is read for you automatically the next time you are online. SEE WHERE EVERY NUMBER CAME FROM Tap a field and the receipt dims to spotlight the exact place that value was read from. Anything the model was unsure of is underlined in amber, so you check the three that matter instead of re-reading all eight. YOUR RECEIPTS STAY ON YOUR PHONE Receipts, photos and schemas are stored on this device and nowhere else. To read a receipt into your columns, its text and a downscaled copy of the photo are sent to be processed and then discarded — no merchant, no amount and no image is ever stored on our server. Sign in with Apple is the only account, it exists only to count your monthly allowance, and we do not ask Apple for your name or your email address. PRICING, PLAINLY Free: one set of columns and 15 receipts read a month, for good. No card, no expiry, no trial to forget to cancel — the free tier is the trial. Pro: unlimited schemas, 200 receipts read a month, line items. Business: everything in Pro, 600 receipts read a month — for several clients' books. Photographing receipts, reading their text on your device, typing them in and exporting are unlimited on every plan, including free. Only having a receipt read for you counts against the monthly number, and a scan that fails is put back on your allowance. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
